Please note that for certain orders with EU shipping, VAT payments may be required to receive the parcel.

Please also understand that shipping costs may not be completely accurate; they are set to cover the charges for the average weight of an order so you may be slightly over or under charged.

If you have not received your order after three weeks of placing it it may have gotten lost in the mail - please contact me and I will help to resolve the issue.
